Books and patterns may not be returned due to copyright laws. An exchange or refund will be made upon receipt of merchandise to us, with merchandise in satisfactory condition. - Store Hours
- Emails will be returned during normal business hours Monday-Friday. Emails are not answered on weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
